55 inch QLED top of the line $3500 last 18 months. A line through middle of led has appeared. Samsung customer support said sorry your on your own. Although every staff but one agreed $3500 for 18 months is terrible. No offer of help at all. Makes you wonder about their high end line of products, and customer care. Buyer be aware that spending big bucks may not get you a better product.
Expect zero help and you will not be disappointed. Asked a simple question on an issue with the stacking kit and got told to read the manual.
Customer support non existent.

I bought the latest S7 tablet and it works like a charm... no complaints. I went to buy a cover after few days and they said I have to pay the full price (I had discount if I bought it together with the tablet). I was so disappointed.
I was attempting to make a purchase for the new Galaxy S21 Ultra phone from Samsung website so I could get my government employee discount and a discount for my Galaxy S8. Samsung has teamed up with ID.me to verify government employees by using their government email address where they send a confirmation link. I created a ID.me account using the same email address as my Samsung account, received the link and confirmed. So when I go back to Samsung site to check out, it lead me back to ID.me. I attempt to log in but it said email or Password incorrect. I know it wasn't because I used the same Password I used for other generic sites. OK so maybe I did forget the password, I clicked on "Forgot Password" and it says the email address could not be found. Get this how is that when they sent a account created confirmation to the same email address. I chatted with a rep on Samsung site for almost an hour trying to figure it out. Finally I told him Good-night I've decided to buy an iPhone instead, trying to deal with ID.me literally gave me a migraine headache, I not kidding. Samsung S21 Ultra and the migraine headache I endured was not worth the price of the phone. ID.me gets your information then pretend you doesn't exist. For Samsung to team up with ID.me was a terrible ideal because they lost a customer to Apple.
Recently i was excited over a samsung ad for a phone, On the Samsung shop app. The ad specified a price of 554 which included a military discount. I went through the whole process and at the the total was 1199. When i asked customer service why i get an automated message saying you need to select the trade-in option. I replied to them that there was no way to select the trade-in option and that the ad did not say anywhere on it with trade in. I even went so far as to send them emails with the screenshots of the ad and the whole checkout process. No where did it ask for a trade in. And in the ads for some other phones specifically stated with trade-in. When i receive the next message back again I get the same automated message various times over telling me to select trade in. When someone finally responded to my actual question it was a oh that is a problem with our app you need a trade in to get that price sorry for your luck.
So i ask is this any way a company as big as Samsung can treat any customer let alone a disabled vet.
TL:DR Ive wasted 10+ hours of my life over 4 weeks trying to get my tablet repaired under Premium care+, they will only give me $338 after completely breaking my tablet and I will no longer support Samsung as a company and I suggest you shouldn’t either.
Today I decided to cut all ties with Samsung product due to the Abhorrent customer service and complete lack of internal organization. In December 2020 I purchase a Tab S7, in addition to the tablet I also purchase premium care +. Well after a vacation my tablet sustained damage to the screen, the tablet was still functional just discolored. I was glad that I could use my accidental protection care for my tablet. After getting bounced around through Samsung customer service, I was able to finally able to get the shipping label to send out my tablet. I shipped my tablet and a week in a half later I received a message that my tablet was unrepairable due to water damage and it was going to be shipped back. It had no water damage, so that was BS, but the fact that I had accidental coverage meant it should have been repaired. I spent 3 hours on the phone with Samsung customer care, Assurant, assurion, Samsung premium plus, online chat, getting bounced around to the “right department” that can solve my issue. I ultimately had to prove I had premium care by sending my invoice to god knows who god knows where. I was assured they had my tablet and it would be taken care of. I got a package in the mail, it’s my tablet, completely non-function with the screen no longer attached properly. I was livid, not only did they further destroy my tablet but now I had to go through the maddening process of sorting this out with Samsung, or Assurant, or Assurion, I don’t know no one at Samsung knows who can help me but they understand my frustration. 3 hours on the phone and I get my shipping label, hoping that this is the end of my woes and I will get back my tablet which I use for my tattoo stencil making. In about a week and a half I get an email from Assurant that my tablet is not repairable due to water damage and they will send me a check for $338 to satisfy the contract. I paid over 600 for the tablet including damage coverage. I feel like this story is dragging on so I’ll wrap it up. Assurant will not refund me anymore, you cannot contact them on the phone, Samsung does not give a s***. I have spent years as a Samsung supporter, buying all the premium products. This string of incidents has soured me on the company completely. I have canceled my premium care on my phone, and I will never go back to Samsung again. Learn from me never purchase premium care it is worthless, and I cannot recommend buying from Samsung.com ever. Don’t be like me and waste hours of your life dealing with terribly setup companies.
I (unfortunately) own quite a bit of products from Samsung. I will NO longer buy any Samsung product. I was trying to purchase a new cellphone from their website and it wouldn't let me complete the purchase for some unknown reason. Even their support team couldn't figure out why. Just kept telling me to clear my cache and cookies. Well after changing to the 4th device that is NOT the problem. And what company cant help you place an order over the phone... well Samsung CANT! Then I decided why am I wasting my time with these folks. My biggest regret is that I just refurnished my kitchen with Samsung appliances. When something goes wrong with those that should be a lot of fun as well!
Do not purchase washer or dryers from them and for sure do no purchase their service protection plan. What you can expect:
- Improper installations.
- Mass confusion from on what parts are needed for an installation.
- Expecting you to pay for their mistakes.
- Suspicious glitches in their system when you try to get help. E.g. go to asurion.com to submit a form. You go to the form and you get an error because your phone number isn't recognized, even though all previous transactions and communications occured through that same phone number.
- Hours and hours spent on the phone with their customer service reps who are either confused or intentionally unwilling to help.
I went to the Samsung website and ordered the Galaxy S21 Ultra. I waited 4 days and received a response. The response said that my order was canceled, and I should put in another order No reason given. I made sure that my credit card was cleared of the charge before re-ordering. I re-ordered the same phone. Two days later, I get the same email, saying my order was canceled. WTF! I called customer service and the lady said that she didn't know why it didn't go through and the only thing I can do is re-order. What a damn joke. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge. I also have a copy showing charge being disputed. So, I put in an order for the third time. Third time is the charm they say. Hopefully this one goes through. This is a lot of work on my side for a phone. First time, last time.
i booked a repair via samsung, My phone was sent away three times to TMT The first time the screen protector was smashed when it arrived back (after them replacing the mother board and the charging port, which there was nothing wrong with either) then it was sent back to them again (as I still wasn't receiving text messages, (it came back with all scratches on the rear of the phone and they said the messaging phone number was incorrect (which it wasn't) the third time it was picked up by a man in a van who couldn't find out what was wrong with it , In the end i went back to virgin who gave me the solution which was nothing to do with the working of the phone it was a software issue which samsung should have known about!! I won't reveal what was wrong with my phone as samsung hasn't done anything for me, the two year guarantee isn't worth the paper it is written on and I will never buy another samsung phone I have replaced this phone with an apple phone which I love so thanks samsung for nothing!!!!
As of now I am beyond pissed off and honestly I'm done with samsung as a whole. I've been lied to, hangup on, when asked for a supervisor they tell me now. I'm beyond aggravated.
I've initiated a refund on my tv I just purchased samsung and the soundbar also. In a few months I'll be ditching my phone.
You guys Do not stand by your products. I've purchased a watch 3 and gave samsung it back (to get my 150.00 credit) due to the issues there refunding me the 294.xx amount paid by credit card but not the credit of 150.00 for trading in my active2 watch I traded in for this promotion...
So I'm out two watches and done with samsung. Every rep has told me lie after lie in your e-commerce too.
I'm beyond aggravated with samsung and will be voicing my opinion via social media and the attorney generals office
Dont wast your time or money. We spent over $2000.00 on a television. Were told online to reschedule a delivery date due to "weather." I spent 4 days and countless hours on hold to try to do so. In the end we cancelled our order. Customer service is non- existant. So disappointed and will NEVER order from them again.
Expect zero help and you will not be disappointed. Asked a simple question on an issue with the stacking kit and got told to read the manual.

I cannot recommend Samsung televisions. My experience with this TV, namely the problems with its firmware that Samsung either can't or won't fix, indicates to me they are only interested in making sales and have zero interest in service.
The television picture looks good, but these are the issues they will not resolve:
- There is a lip-sync delay with the soundbar that cannot be aligned despite manipulating anything in the settings menu
- Occasionally you will get a frozen "blue screen of death" when switching between apps. The only way to solve this when it happens is to completely disconnect the TV from its power source (i. E. unplugging it)
- It will spontaneously and unpredictably turn itself back on. I've seen this happen up to a minute after the power button on the remote is pushed off. Sometimes I will come home or come downstairs in the middle of the night and the set will be on.
- Some features on the settings menu will periodically gray themselves out and are inexplicably and are unavailable to adjust when that happens
Samsung is aware of these issues. In searching online for solutions to these frustrations, I have read so many complaints about this and their other products that my experience with this QLED set is enough to convince me never to buy any other Samsung product.
